Palzas Island, Galapagos

6 October 2003.

We woke up at 6am for our wander around Palzas island. It was one of the best looking islands, with brightly coloured buses and cacti.

Iguana with the surrounding landscapes.

Jason likes his iguanas...

We like this photo cause it shows how relaxed and peaceful our time was here. It was a really amazing experience.

We also look a bit tired after very little sleep.

This sea lion is lucky to be alive, she has shark a huge shark bite all over her. They are healing so she should be OK. It made us wonder how safe it really was to be snorkelling with the sharks..... and pulling their tails.

Miguel was our very funny waiter on the boat.  He heard Jason mimicking the captains voice one day.  After that, he introduced the rest of the crew to Jason to ask him to do the impression. It was all very funny until we noticed one member not laughing.....we think he was the captains son.

Jason also played football with the crew and discovered that Ecuadorians take themselves very seriously at football!

Ceaser our guide, kept us entertained with his copulation, copulation, copulation.

The next day is back to the Ecuadorian mainland in Quito!
